Double room in Sunny flat. 5 night rental!
I'm currently looking for a reliable, tidy and well-mannered professional to rent my spare room. Ideally I am looking for someone to rent Monday to Thursday or 5 days.
I would like to find a like-minded, hard working individual who understands that weekday nights tend to be more on the low key side these days and someone who puts just as much importance on living in a relaxed and happy house as living in a clean and tidy home. I tend to keep myself to myself when at home and would like a flat mate who has the same sense of "own space" needed.
The flat is two bedroom with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The house has recently been fully renovated to a high standard. The bedroom is a lovely furnished double with good storage space.
There is ample on road parking and there are also a number of shops nearby including a post office, a co-op, a beauticians, fish and chip shop, just a couple of minutes walk away. It is also well connected with several bus routes that go towards both Harpenden and St Albans town centres. Harpenden train station (Thameslink) is a ten min walk away.
I also have two very charming cats!
