Large single room available in a shared student only house close to the back of College Lane campus (1 minute walk). The house mates are three 3rd year students and one Masters student. I am looking for someone in their 2nd or 3rd year or completing a Masters or of similar age to fit in with the group. The group is made up of two girls and two boys.

I am a private landlord and do not charge any administration fees. I am also a member of the National Landlords Association with over 7 years experience of renting to students.

Details of the rooms follow. Only Room 1 is available. As standard there is a single bed with mattress (Room 5 has double bed), desk, chair and wardrobe. Most have a chest of drawers too.

Room 1 - Large single £76 per week.

Room 2 - Large Single £76 per week

Room 3 - Double £78 per week

Room 4 - Single £72 per week

Room 5 - Large double £80 per week

The house has a large kitchen with appliances including a free standing cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

There is a decent sized communal area with settee. Upstairs there is a shower room with a larger than average modern chrome shower cubicle and sink. There is a separate WC.

Outside, there is parking for 2 cars, with other parking on the street immediately outside the property. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio area.
