In Urgent Need Of A Fourth Person

We are currently looking for a fourth housemate to finalise our contract for a four bedroom house we’ve secured. The house is situated at Bishops rise, 10-15 minutes’ walk to college lane campus and 7 minutes to the park and ride; where you can get the bus to college lane and De Havilland campus. The house comes with 4 bedrooms, one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs. There’s also a communal room, garden and a separate bathroom and toilet. The rent is £285 per month for every room in the house and this does not vary in room sizes.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to send any pictures, as I weren’t able to take any on viewing the house. Viewings would have to be sorted out by the estate agents were with when it’s convenient for you to view the house.
We are 3rd year students who are studying Business courses and would prefer to share a house with another person going into their final year if possible but at the moment since we are so urgent, anyone’s welcome as long as they are clean and tidy and easy going.
Since we secured the house I had to pay the admin fee for the fourth person. The sum was £100 and will need whoever joins us to pay that sum back to me please.
The deposit of the house varies from £350-400 and it’s a 10 month tenancy. Bills are not included in the rent and we will have to pay them off ourselves and this will vary from £300-500pp depending on how much gas and electricity we use.
