Large double ensuite with private study area

I am a young live-in landlord with a very large double bedroom available right next to galleria, 10min walk to Dehav business park and 20min walk to the train station.

A bit about me; I'm a scientist and a bit of nerd. I'm clean, calm and tidy and looking for someone similar. I tend to travel and also WFH (work from home) every now and again so I'm looking for someone who i can get along with but also respect my privacy when needed.

The room has a double bed and all furniture will be included but can be rented unfurnished if required. You will also have your own ensuite bathroom, and private study area. The room is a converted loft in a bungalow so you will have the top floor to yourself for privacy. The room is available from middle August.

All bills are included (council tax, energy bills, fibre broadband etc) There is also off street parking if needed.
