This modern clean and tidy townhouse in Salisbury Village, Hatfield is of extremely spacious proportions, providing flatmates of Professional backgrounds with a high degree of comfort, privacy and space. This accommodation is not available to students. The house has five bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, a kitchen with dining area, lounge and a cloakroom.

The communal areas are located on the ground floor of the house and the bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The house is furnished throughout to the highest standards being of a contemporary neutral design with attention to detail, lightstop blinds and luxury fittings.

The ensuite room at £900 all bills inc will be available from the 26 April. This room is bright and light with two windows overlooking the south facing rear garden. The room contains a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and three inbuilt double wardrobes. There is plenty of room for a desk and chair. The room has laminate flooring. The ensuite has a shower, wc and wash hand basin and a tiled floor.

A kitchen with dining area, a lounge with digital TV and two leather sofas make up the other communal facilities. A garden with patio area, garage and parking are provided for the use of our Clients. We provide a weekly cleaner, gardener, a free national and local telephone call package and fibre optic broadband with wireless network and all bills are included in the rent. We pride ourselves on an efficient and attentive management service. The standard of accommodation on offer is the very best and the house is immaculate and viewings are a must.
