The room contains a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and three inbuilt double wardrobes. There is plenty of room for a desk and chair. The room has laminate flooring. The ensuite has a shower, wc and wash hand basin and a tiled floor.

A kitchen with dining area, a lounge with digital TV and two leather sofas make up the other communal facilities. A garden with patio area, garage and parking are provided for the use of our Clients. We provide a weekly cleaner, gardener, a free national and local telephone call package and fibre optic broadband with wireless network and all bills are included in the rent. We pride ourselves on an efficient and attentive management service. The standard of accommodation on offer is the very best and the house is immaculate and viewings are a must.
