Plenty of space! Room rent is only £420 per month + bills (approx.£10/week per person for goodies and approx £40 each for bills). Amazing deal!
House to share with only another three lovely people to share.


Some furniture will not be there. Current housemate is taking tv, mirror, chest of drawers, table, chair, hanging stand, artworks, little muji storage thing ans laundry basket.

IMPORTANT:

- From September 4th
- Deposit of 420 required
- £420 Rent required in advance
- Rent + Bills paid monthly
- 1 person per room (NO COUPLES)
- Working person please, but can also be a student

HOUSE:
- Located near the motorway on Watford way
- University is 5 min walking distance!
- Night bus 113 available to go to Marble Arch in 40 min!
- Busses 113 and 186 just outside the house!
- Small Tesco 10 min walking distance
- Big Garden available (for BBQS, sunbathing, drying clothes etc)
- Parking space available
- 4 bedroom house (1 person per room)
- 1 shared bathroom with toilet
- 1 shared kitchen (everyone can cook together no problem!) :)
- 1 shared living room
- Washing machine and all the crockery/cutlery available
- Drying clothes rack in the corridor
- We also have big chest of drawers for shoes downstairs!

Lovely house (even though a bit old and worn, but has its own character¦ Looks a little artsy even).

HOUSEMATES:
All young lovely people that are not party animals but sociable and lovely!
