Bright large double in a friendly houseshare

Hi there

We're looking for a housemate to take a lovely double room in our large 4 bedroom house. The room itself is a large double with built in wardrobes on the second floor. I'm afraid the pictures are actually of a different room but it has the same floor plan - I'll add actual photos soon.

Rest of the house also has a shared living room, a spare room, kitchen with usual stuff like fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer. On top of that there's a big garden at the back, which is awesome in summer for barbecue and a couple of beers.

Location of the house is absolutely fantastic -- right next to Herne Hill station, which is literary 30 seconds walk from the door. Sometimes I can sprint to the station in 15 and still make the train. Trains run to Victoria (10 minutes), Blackfriars (11 minutes) and City Thameslink (15 minutes). Brixton, with all of its attractions, Ritzy, cafes, and pubs is about 2 minutes on the train, but walk in the park is nice and only takes about 15-20 minutes.

You'll be sharing with 3 others, all professionals working in various industries. We tend to do our own thing but are a friendly bunch, relaxed, and respecting of other people's stuff.
