We are four professionals in our late twenties/early thirties, seeking another housemate!

The House:
The house is a large Victoria 5-bed house, situated between Tulse Hill and Herne Hill. It has a large kitchen, dining room, sitting room, garden, utility room (including washing machine and tumble dryer), two bathrooms and a main shower room. We have a makeshift exercise room which is perfect for yoga and home workouts. We've invested a lot of time in the garden over the past two years, creating a beautiful outdoor space with a table, chairs and small firepit. We have a live-out landlord who is responsive if there is anything that needs to be fixed.

The Room:
The available room is a large bedroom on the second floor, which comes with a double bed and wardrobe., It has ample space for a desk and chair, to accommodate working from home if needed.

The Location:
The house is ideally situated just a stone's throw from Brockwell Park. We are a 10 minute walk to both Tulse Hill and Herne Hill train stations, and there are frequent. buses that go to neighbouring Brixton which stop outside our door. There are a host of different grocery stores nearby such as Co-op, Tesco and Sainsburys, as well as our local corner shops such as Maxys. Herne Hill has a local market every Sunday, and lots of coffee shops.

The Housemates:
We are four professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, ranging from one year to calling it home for almost three years. We are two men, one woman and one non-binary person. We work as a neurologist in a lab, a respiratory physiologist in a nearby hospital, a producer in advertising/events, and communications for a London university.

We are keen to keep the creative community spirit alive (whilst respecting personal time and space), and would love someone who is interested in being an active part of the household. Our individual hobbies include music, gardening, exercising and writing, and we like to occasionally do activities together, such as cooking a roast on a Sunday, getting coffee in Herne Hill, or going for a drink in the local microbreweries. There is plenty of space in the house.

The Financials:
The rent includes council tax (Band E) and water charges. Gas, electricity and internet are separate and may be subject to change if energy prices rise. We have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas and include this in our bills per month. In total, we pay £150 per month.
