Furnished double room available in 2 bedroom flat for Mon-Fri let. The room is furnished, has a build-in wardrobe, and its own ensuite bathroom with bath/shower; all in good condition. It has secured french windows with access to the garden/patio. see pictures - (bed in picture is now different)

The flat has wooden floors throughout, high ceilings and wireless broadband facility. Overall clean, with washing machine available to use. No dish washer though, so old fashioned washing-up!

In zone 2, it is a 3 minute walk to Arsenal tube station (Picadilly line) which is 3 stops from King's Cross; or a 3 minute walk to nr 4, 19 or 236 buses.

I work full time (in education), and weekday evenings - when not teaching - I normally just relax watching a film or reading. In the summer, it's nice to chill in the garden/patio with a glass of wine.

I'm looking to rent the room to one professional for Mon-Fri period only, £135/week all bills included. Female or male, younger or older than me, no preferences, as long as you are responsible and relaxed. Strictly non-smoking.
