Looking for a young professional, non-smoker to share a modern, spacious, 2 bed flat in Highbury - just a few minutes walk from Highbury and Islington tube station, Highbury Fields and Upper Street.

The flat is fully furnished. Bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed-side table.

I've lived here for 3 years & the location is excellent. Transport links are great and neighbours very quiet. Everything was new when I moved in.

I'm a professional guy with a regular 9-6 job, I am sometimes out in the evenings, but if not home time is quiet time. Would suit someone similar.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who works in London and would like to rent somewhere Monday-Friday. The agent would require us both to sign a new lease (active from 22nd March). The rent is £160 per week (£694 per calendar month) and the security deposit is 6 weeks rent (£960). Minimum contract is four months, but ideally I would like someone to move in for longer.

I will cover all of the bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence and wifi).
