We’re looking to start a houseshare with two or three other people

We’re a South African/British couple in our (very) early 30s (I work in consumer research for a food manufacturer and He is a freelance writer, photographer and musician - there will be a few guitars and electronic drumkit in the house). We have a loveable French bulldog named Yoda.

We’re looking for a spacious house – ideally with enough bathrooms, communal areas and storage space to keep everyone happy. We want to live comfortably – dishwasher, unlimited broadband, full Sky TV package, cleaner at least 1x per week. We’re not looking for people just after a cheap place to sleep . We want it to be a sociable house – the occasional boozy Singstar or poker night, Come Dine With Me, summer BBQs, visiting the local pub together, late night FIFA

Stuff we are into – watching bands, restaurants, pubs, watching thrillers and comedy horrors, videogames, cooking. We are looking for people who are working, of similar age and interests that want to stay long term.
We also want to live with people who respect each other and each other’s stuff and privacy, people who are considerate, care about the appearance, cleanliness and hygiene of the home, willing to help out – empty dish washer, mow lawn occasionally, change the toilet roll etc

We are currently looking for a 3-4 bedroom house in Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington from 31 August. We expect housemates will need to pay around £150-£200 per week, probably with additional £80 per month for additional expenses (council tax, Sky, cleaner, gas and water)
