Hello, we are two retirees (June and Jimmy)looking for a female worker/student lodger. We have mainly had younger tenants in the past 18-25 but would certainly consider older lodgers. The room is large and light and looks out onto the garden so is also very quiet. It has a large desk, TV, sink and plenty of wardrobe space. We have a well equipped kitchen which is shared but we prefer to keep the lounge to ourselves. Currently the room has a single bed because the last lodger requested it but it can be changed for a double. Lastly Canonbury train station is a 3 minutes walk way.
