We are a professional couple (37 years young) looking for a Monday to Friday lodger for 1 - 2 nights a week, who will enjoy living in a large, quiet, family home in Islington. Located less than 10 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station (Victoria Line, London Overground), on a quiet residential street leading to Highbury Fields (3 minute walk) and a 10 minute walk to the bars and shops of Upper Street. Drayton Park train station is also just down the road, providing a direct connection to the City (Moorgate).

We have a recently redecorated, furnished double bedroom available on the second floor with sole use of your own private shower room (shower/sink/toilet). The room has new double glazed windows and a blackout blind, and is located at the rear of the house, so is very quiet and dark. This floor is also very quiet as the family lives on the ground and first floors, so there will be little interruption from other members of the household. You will have access to the lounge and dining rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a trustworthy cleaner (she has worked with us for 6 years) who attends weekly and can clean your room and bathroom. We can arrange for linens/bedding to be provided and/or cleaned weekly as part of a negotiated package.

Available from late August. with 1 months rent required up front as a security deposit.
£120 per week for 2 nights.
Minimum 1 month stay with a 2-4 week notice period.
No overnight stayers.
Includes WIFI.
No smokers.
