Highgate is a wonderful place to live and easy to get to the centre.

Camden Islington and Haringey meet here.

These are the details:

Highgate was originally a village outside of London.

Consequently it has many very old pubs dating back to 16 century.

Good coffee and tea shops in the village, and local parks. A new French cafe recently opened and Kate Moss amongst other celebs who live in the village wandered in.

Highgate tube takes you into town. The City to Moorgate takes 21 minutes, West End to Tottenham Court Road 17 minutes, and Victoria only 22 minutes.

The place

Edwardian house, with garden 80' plus, outside furniture and decking, huge kitchen/dinner, American Fridge, Double oven, Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, sitting room, gch, plasma tv, wireless broadband and most modern facilities.

There is a small area for off street parking and on street parking is available with permit only required Mon/Fri 10/12 am.

All bills are included, including council tax.

Full en suite bathroom with both bath and shower to double bedded room.

Very quiet, but close to both Highgate tube, less than 5 mins, and village under 10 minutes away.

Facilities, apart from the pubs, there is Jacksons Lane community centre nearby, and Upstairs at the Gatehouse both of which have regular plays. There are many parks, all within walking distance, Waterlow, Highgate Woods, Queens Woods, and Hampstead Heath, where open air concerts are held in the summer.

Live music venues are the Boogaloo and the Victoria, both within a 5/10 minute walk.

We are professionals and work from home, run locally and enjoy the nearby amenities, as well as those of central London.

The last guy was here since May 2011 and worked predominantly from home, so it/we must have something worthwile to offer.
