The rent is £240 per week, plus a share of the bills which are not high as the house has been refurbished recently with excellent insulation.

I would need to make an adjustment for a couple. This is open to discussion.

There is another bedroom, so would consider interest from 2 people seeking separate rooms. I would need to negotiate the rent in this instance.

The house is on a quiet Highgate street close to Highgate Village -shops, restaurants and pubs. Under a 10 minute walk to Highgate tube (northern line), which connects to Euston/ Kings Cross and beyond. Good access by tube to West End and the City.

The bus network is excellent to central London and locally to Crouch End and Muswell Hill with lots of restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.

Hampstead Heath is a 10- 15 minute walk and Highgate Woods are 5 minutes’ walk away.

I am from Ireland and very easy going. I work in the west end as a town planner. Enjoy food, wine , theatre, most sport- especially skiing and good company.

The room is available immediately(flexible move-in date). If you are friendly, clean and tidy, and are looking for a home, not just a room, do get in touch.

Please note an advantage is that the house will be available for sole use most weekends as I am usually away from home at weekends.
