We're two professionals in their 30s (straight Italian and gay Spanish) looking for a friendly and considerate professional to join our flatshare in one of the safest and greenest areas in London: Highgate!

One big double room is available at 784£ a month all bills included.

To keep the flat gender balanced we would prefer one female, but this is not essential.

Our hobbies include music (fav band lately: The Bamboos), cooking (specialties: lasagne, tapas, tiramisu, pad thai) nerdy stuff and swimming.

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian house and features a super equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (with shower AND separate bathtub) and a toilet.

We pride ourselves with keeping the flat clean and quiet, so if you are looking for a place to party this may not be it.

The area

Cosy Highgate Village with its shops and tea houses is 10 mins walk. Queen's Wood is around the corner and Hampstead Heath a 20 minutes walk - plus plenty of good pubs all around (the Boogaloo, the Flask, the Woodman just to name a few).

Transport links

Highgate Station (on the Northern Line) is just down the road, as is the bus stop serving numbers 43, 134, 263 and N20.

Buses 210, 214, 271 and 143 are less than 10 mins walk while Gospel Oak station (for the Overground) is a 15 mins ride by bus.

Sorry, we are not looking for couples.
