Highgate Huge...Flat. Includes All Bills & Cleaner

One, or maybe two double rooms available in this big house sized flat, could suit one or if two females.... (sorry guys you never wash up)..... friends looking together who want a room each in the same flat. or also one female alone is ok too.

Could probably best suit someone in their 40's or 50's. who remembers old style flat sharing although younger is ok too. We are just looking for flat mates who are friendly & sociable and would use the "whole flat" as their home, not ghosts who cook and disappear to their room - internet every night.

You would be sharing with two others Roung and John (not a couple). Roung is a lady from Thailand 39 years old and John is from London and a bit older . John is away a lot traveling and about to go to Italy for 2 months to ski. We are very friendly and relaxed and easy going. Sometimes we eat together sometimes not, very occasional parties.
We also have a ginger cat. who is (very) friendly

The room - rooms are available now and we would like someone who can move in quickly.
Travel is so easy it is right near to Highgate tube, very safe , come out of the escalator and out onto the main road all the way home no dark alleys !! (Northern line)

The first room is at the back of the house and "strangely" is very quiet.
Literally two minutes walk to Highgate tube, the woods and parks and shops. Hampstead Heath is very close too. walking distance through some very classy real estate loads of nice old pubs locally.

The Rent Includes all bills .... electric, gas, council tax, fast Wifi, Virgin cable TV in lounge (sorry we don't have sport channels), and a weekly cleaning lady for the communal areas.

The flat has four bedrooms, Large separate Lounge 12ft x 18ft with big 65" inch 4k flat screen TV, electric piano in the lounge that your welcome to play... bathroom with big bath & shower.
We have a big Kitchen/dinner, seats 6 to 8 people and still room to cook (including a dish washer and 3 fridge freezers & small ( proper commercial cappuccino machine).

There is a lovely large roof terrace and down the back stairs in the yard there is ( 1 washing machines & 1 tumble dryer and 1 washer dryer in the sheds, so no noisy machines in the kitchen) and long washing line for summer time drying.
