SHORT LET Lovely room in luxury flat in Highgate

Hi, I am looking for someone to come for about 6 weeks this summer July 8 or so to end of August. The dates can be a little flexible. This would suit someone testing out living in London or on an short term work study program. Ideally you would be mature and easy going. There is a cat in this flat so if you are allergic that would be a problem.

There are two possible rooms here, one is huge, opens into a garden and has an ensuite and fireplace. This room is 160 a week. The other is smaller though still a double bed. That is 125. My aim is to only rent one room as I prefer only to have one flat mate join for the summer.

This would not be appropriate for a couple or kids who are backpacking around Europe.
There is a garden, wifi, full kitchen.
