A very large double room, 20 sq m, is available soon in a really friendly large house-share in Highgate N6. It's a sociable clean warm house with an equal mix of female and male mostly media and eclectic fun 'cool' professionals in their mid 20's to early 30's and a nice place to come back to.

We hang out in the Boogaloo, historic local pubs for lazy Sunday roasts or barbeques in the garden but of course we all like our own space sometimes.

It's a quiet bright room that overlooks Highgate Wood and tastefully furnished with high ceilings and plenty of wardrobe space to store things. There is a solid double pine bed and orthopaedic mattress and you can kick back and watch TV in bed or from your own sofa.

The houseshare has superfast 100MB Virgin WIFI, Phone, two large diner lounges with a 40in Plasma TVs, Sky, DVD player, GCH, Bosch washing machine and all mod cons. There are two separate loos, and again separate bath/showers - no morning queues ! There is a private rear garden with a large table, patio and barbecue. The house cleaner also visits regularly.

We are only 5 mins from Highgate tube on the Northern Line and and well serviced by buses going everywhere, including Camden and the 134, 234 & N20 20 mins from Leicester Square. There is also residents car parking.

Highgate Area.

Highgate is surrounded by beautiful parks and open spaces and is one of the safest London areas to live in. Highgate Wood has renown nature walks and the popular Pavillion Cafe. It's only a short walk to Muswell Hill or to Hampstead Heath and the ponds.

There are many amenities nearby, including indie fashion shops, old pubs that cook a great Sunday roast, restaurants and cafes, Odeon Cinema, Phoenix Cinema. There is also the celebrity hangout The Boogaloo, Rep Theatre, Jacksons lane, Alexandra palace, 6 gyms/ pools, Highgate Wood running club, cricket club. Food shopping is also convenient with M&S, Sainsburys, Tesco, Budgens and Planet Organic all within easy reach and some open 24hrs.
