The nicely appointed kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, double oven) and the large sitting room (with fireplace!) give the flat a very comfortable layout for sharing.

The flat is Light & Bright, plenty of cross light throughout the day.
Spacious rooms, high ceilings, lots of storage space, loft space, a locked bicycle store. Smoking on balcony.

The room is was furnished by recently and the furniture is not included in the monthly price, so we would have to find an arrangement for it.

Wonderful local shops and cafes on Swain's Lane, with lovely food right on the doorstep.

There are 2 very well behaved dogs, so canine-friendly is essential. They are couch dogs, thus they require flatmates who like to cuddle.

Located in Highgate, just at the bottom of the hill on Parliament Hill Fields, Brookfield is a complex of Victorian Mansion flats with landscaped gardens and private entrance right onto the Heath. It's heaven, we literally have an 1100 acre back garden.

This is London living at its best, all the advantages of living in what feels like a quaint country village within super easy commute to the City and Central London.
Great transport links, easy cycle, buses and tubes are a breeze from here. C2, 214, C11, Gospel Oak, Kentish Town, Archway.

The current tenants are Jani, recently amicably divorced, loves living in company - flat sharing is a choice, much better than living alone. She is very young in both demeanour and interests, loving her work, uber chilled with a wide ranging and eclectic plethora of interests. Good conversation is the staff of life and she is looking for intelligent engaged people who are enjoying their life and all that London has to offer. Age is zero barrier, it's all about the chemistry.

Your other flatmate is James, a journalist in his late 20s who just came back from a posting in New York and is happy to be home in the UK.
