Double room available in a delightful two bed 2nd floor flat set within a popular 1930's mansion block. The flat is bright and quiet, with double glazed windows and views of Highgate woods. There's a well-proportioned living room with fireplace, tiled bathroom with shower and fully fitted kitchen with contemporary appliances. There is also extra storage space in the hallway. The room available is a bright double overlooking the garden, furnished with a good sized wardrobe, built in cupboard with shelving and large double bed with under-bed storage. Highcroft is well run and maintained throughout and the building has communal gardens. Highgate tube station (Zone 3 Northern line) is within 5-10 minutes' walk and Highgate Village, together with Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath are also within close walking distance.

This is a lovely flat - the area is green and quiet but close to transport. My current flat mate, Rachel, has lived here for around 2 years and is easy going and great to share with, but sadly I need to move to be closer to work. We're looking for someone who is non-smoking, generally clean and tidy, but also friendly and sociable. (Sorry, no couples.)
