The House

Bright, high ceilings, and beautifully furnished, this is a truly lovely flat in an incredible area.
The flat is very clean and modern throughout with a good sized reception room, separate kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom and a lovely wooden-decked terrace. The flat comes with all the usual suspects (washing machine etc), all new household items and has good storage. All bills included, plus super quick Virgin broadband.

The flat is about 2 minutes away from Ladbroke Grove tube station, and 2 minutes from Portobello Road, featuring the shops, great restaurants, clubs, cinema, bars and, of course, the market.
If you are heading into the town centre, you can be at Oxford Circus in 20 minutes (via Notting Hill tube- 8 min walk), or at Kings Cross in 25 minutes. I've personally even walked into town many times, via the canal or Hyde Park. There is even a Virgin Active gym about 1 minute away. Overall, it's simply one of the very best areas of London to live in.

The Room

Compact, bright single room. Furnished with a double bed, and large wooden cupboard and great overhead built in storage. Clean, fresh and bright.

Me

35yr professional female, easy going, friendly, reliable and good sense of humour (I hope…). Enjoys travel, music, reading, cinema, food, wine and keeping fit.
Looking for like minded flat mate who is social enough to share a glass of wine now and again, but still respectful of each others privacy. The flat is really clean and beautiful and would benefit from someone who is happy to keep it that way.
