2 lovely double rooms in a friendly flat ZONE1

Hello from Kensington :)

Hope you are getting well with our Londoner summer.

Guys, we are currently renting two double rooms , one being a great Ensuite, in an excellent location Kensington, ZONE1.

You would share the flat with me Bruno and other two young professionals.

It is literally located 5 min walking distance from Earls Court Station or 7 min from High Street Kensington or Gloucester Road Station.

The rooms has a little private lounge under the HIGH bed with TV and spacious sofa. Also, the room is fully furnished with with a comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, coffee table, desk and a chair.

The flat is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen (from fridge down to forks and spoons), also, a little area at the entrance with a table and stools where we can have meals.

Bills include Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, TV Licence, Internet WiFi and cleaning of communal areas. Bills cost £20 per week to be paid per month with the rent.

Room1: Can be occupied only for one person and available from this Saturday.

Room2: Ensuite can be occupied both couples or single occupancy. Available now

Couples are welcome however there is an extra charge of £50.
