The Long version:

We have a wonderful compact double room in Tufnell Park for rent as of today. Tufnell park itself is very well located between the delights of Islington/Angel and Camden. The house itself is split over three levels, with kitchen and living room and separate WC downstairs. On the upper levels there are bedrooms and bathroom. It also has a patio garden with a shed (where we store bicycles, chairs, and old kitchen appliances!). Right, boring stuff over.

We've lived in London for 3 or so years and have quite active social lives. We like to do a fair bit of weekend socialising with alcohol, balanced by varied cultural activities (e. g. photography exhibitions, gigs, goat races). We are essentially looking for someone sociable, who likes to strike a similar balance. We are three very clean guys, all professionals, with solid bourgeois sensibilities. The room is available immediately.
