N7 - Large double room - Short let until 31 March

Large quiet double room overlooking garden available in Holloway (N7).

Short-term let: The room is available until Saturday 31 March 2018.

Shorter lets will be considered. However, I'd prefer a flatmate who wants the room for the whole period. If in doubt, just ask and we can discuss exact dates.

The flat itself is a maisonette on the first and second floors of an attractive Victorian terrace.

The room is part furnished. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and clothes rail. There is also lots of under bed storage.

The flat has a modern kitchen with all the usual amenities: Fridge/freezer, gas oven & hob, washing machine & dishwasher.
The shared lounge is extremely spacious and light and has a large flat screen TV with Freeview.
Unlimited wireless broadband.
Gas central heating throughout.

Excellent transport links:
- Holloway Road tube - Picadilly line (7 mins walk)
- Highbury & Islington tube - Victoria line (10 mins walk)
- Drayton Park Britsh Rail (7 mins walk)
+ great bus connections from nearby Holloway Road.
