Hello potential flatmates

We currently live in a lovely two bedroom period house on Hornsey Road near Holloway Road tube station. We have a bit of extra space at the moment and would like to share it.

The flat is split over two floors, the second and the third of the house. The room on offer is a double (3mx3m or 9sqm). It is on the top floor(loft) to the back of the house overlooking the back gardens of the block, very quiet, spacious and bright. Besides the room there is also a small, but cosy kitchen with a dining table, enough for us to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There is fast (fiber optic) internet access, free calls abroad for landlines, a washing machine, gas, electricity all included in the price. The room is furnished with a double bed. We can also provide a wardrobe and a small office desk.

The flat is five minutes away from Holloway Road tude station(Picadilly Line) and about 15 mins walk from Highbury Islington tube and besides that the area is serviced with buses 43, 271, 153, 30, 91, 393 (the list goes on..). It is a great location in terms of travel connections for any area in central London and in terms of amenities. We are literally next to Waitrose, Tescos, Sainsbury's etc and three off licenses next to us. For those studying Londonmet is next door literaly and students at UCL, LSE, Kings or City University will find it equally convenient.

We are a friendly couple. There is me, Theodoros 37, an architect and Savina 27, a GIS surveyor. We have no pets and we try to keep the house neat so we can enjoy living together. We are generally absent from the house during office hours and try to spend as much time we can at home on the weekends. We are laid back, enjoy all things 'normal' and particularly good food and drinks. The third flatmate is Anna 25, an IT developer for a big corporation, also laid back, enjoys painting and is a gym fanatic.

We would like to share the house with a person of similar interests and preoccupations or at least an opinion about them.

You are welcome to visit the house after you call me or email me to make an appointment. PLEASE AVOID TEXTING as I am really bad at replying. If you prefer to call please do so between 19: 00pm and 21: 00pm. The available time for viewings will be after work or in the daytime during the weekend. If you are sending emails, I will try to respond to all emails by the end of the day.

The room will be available on the 1st of October (date to be negotiated). We will need two weeks deposit refunded at the end of your stay. The price is 620 per month all inclusive. No trouble with refs and the like but we would like people to stay for six months at least.

Please if you decide to get in touch, send us as much info as you can for yourselves as this will make things easier and quicker for all in the long run.
