Hey!

We're two easy going guys, 24 and 32, looking for someone/a couple to take the third room in our fantastic new flat in Holloway.

Tim is 32, an Australian musician, and works full-time. And Patrick is 24, dabbles in writing n stuff, and is hoping to be accepted on a Cultural Studies masters for October.

We're moving into a very nice, newly refurbished flat in Holloway with a large lounge, large new kitchen/diner, lots of storage, and very nicely sized balcony, not overlooked (and with neglected strawberry plants that we're going to revive). There's one room available - either a single/small double room available, or a more amply sized double for a higher price.

We both like to cook sometimes; discovering new and intriguing music/drinking venues; as well as staying in to work on our respective creative tings/play records/argue about whether originality is an important factor of great art/music.

Tim's top three listened to artists on itunes are Tom Waits, Sonic Youth, and Can. Patrick's are David Bowie, Suede, and Jesus and Mary Chain. Tim thinks originality is more important than Patrick does.

Anyway, you should definitely get in touch if you'd like to live with us two affable gents! Especially if you have a record player and/or projector. **You'll either need to be earning a decent salary; have a UK guarantor; or be able to pay six months rent in advance, to pass the damn reference check**. Say a bit about yourself/ves, the more the better, including what music you dig and what you like doing!
