Hi,
We are 5 friendly professionals in our mid 20s-early 30s: myself, Julia (Accountant, German), Simon (software engineer, English), Anne-Elise (translator, Belgian), Bethan (NHS doctor, British) and Kathleen (BSL/English interpreter). We come from different countries across the UK and Europe. We have moved into this beautiful house at a different time and truly enjoy living here and each other's company.

2 of our current housemate will move out for private reason after a long stay in the house and we look for 2 happy, laid back, sociable housemates (no pets, no couples, no room share) for 2 furnished rooms (1 extremely large and 1 very spacious) for NOW (= the extremely large room/£210pw ex bills) and from 1st August (=the spacious double/£180pw ex bills)

We have preference for professionals, who are tidy, non-smokers, who look for a home rather than a hostel/hotel room, enjoy a glass of wine, a BBQ, going to the movies, etc. with us from time to time while respecting each other's space and enjoys the relaxed and friendly spirit in the house.

The advertised rooms are
- an extremely large double room with large bay windows on the 1st floor facing Tufnell Park Road, furnished with high quality double bed and massive IKEA wardrobe system (Note: the wardrobes on the pictures were replaced by large IKEA wardrobe systems). You will feel like a flat on its own in this room. This room is available now.
- 1 spacious double rooms on the ground floor of the house with a large double door facing the back garden. This room is very spacious, furnished with 2 large built-in wardrobes and double bed. This room is available from 1st August

Our house:
Tufnell Park, N7, 3 min walk away from Tufnell Park tube station/Northern Line/Zone 2 with lots of buses going to Central/West London and the City. Walking distance (approx. 15-20min walk or a few min by bus) to Hampstead Heath and Camden Town. All kinds of shops, large super markets, department store, gyms, ODEON movie theatre etc... between 3-10 min walk.

The house is a super spacious, semi-detached Victorian house with a large back garden. It has 7 huge double bedrooms with high ceilings and big double glazing windows, wooden floors throughout, wooden blinds, furnished, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and top floor; 1 separate toilet. There's a living room on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen.

We have a flat screen TV, a fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances s. a. dishwasher, washing machine, 1 gas cooker etc. Loads of storage space in the basement. Parking on the street with residential permits (easy to apply with the council and pay a small annual fee) and space for bikes in the back garden with easy access since the house is semi-detached.

Fast Internet access.

The rent for the rooms are
(1) For the extremely large double: £210pw or £910 per month ex bills. Deposit is £935.71 (= rent +£25.71 council tax);
2) for the spacious double room: £180 pw or £780 per calendar month excluding bills. Deposit is £805.71 (=£780 rent + £25. 71 current council tax per person per month);

Reference required (but these are the things you will deal with our landlady).
