Huge double bedroom available in Holloway

I will leave my wonderful house in Holloway. The room comes fully furnished with a large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful wooden floor. The road is very quiet although there are lot of things to do in the area which is quite well know for good restaurants and relax pubs. There are good transport links close by with Holloway station a 5 minute walk away and several bus routes passing near the house. In terms of location : Angel - 15 min walk, Shoreditch and Camden Town - 20 min by bus.

The house is set over 4 floors with a huge living room and a small garden occupying the ground floor. The available room is on the first floor while on the second floor there is a bath and shower room and 4 toilets around the house – so no shortage in the mornings when you’re in a rush.

There are currently 5 lovely young housemates – all professionals: 3 Spanish girls who work as midwives, 1 South African girl who studies physiotherapy and 1 New Zealander in the public service (mid twenties and early thirties). We enjoy spending time together around dinners, sharing a glass of wine and watching movies/TV. We are looking for tidy and friendly people (single or couple) to enjoy the great atmosphere here!

Price per month: £ 820 pm + bills not included : £ 30/50. Deposit £ 1,200 (Short term considered)
