Homely living room...

Dear Lovely Person

We are one lady and two trying-to-be men who have a wee room available around the 22nd August...dates are flexible
We would like to do all viewings next week!

The room has a double bed and shelving unit in there at the mo and built in wardrobe which helps with floor space... the landlord may be able to provide extra furniture if needed

We have a big living room and kitchen with dining table, plus a big rustic garden which is fab for sunny drinking...

We are 2 mins from the beautiful Victoria Park, 5 mins from the delightful Lauriston Village, 15-ish mins from London Fields, Brick Lane and Shoreditch / Liverpool St. which has all Tube and train lines you could possibly need and we're a bus ride to oh so cool Dalston.

I work Mon to Fri 9-5 and the boys are shift work but we are all social when around! I personally enjoy a bottle of vino or beer any night!

We have made this a home and want someone to enjoy it with, who will appreciate, look after it and add to it, keeping it homely and tidy and clean, no dirtbags!

We would prefer another lady to keep the balance...and a professional please, no students, sorry...
Someone who will hang out with the rest of us and add something positive to the house :)
