Double bedroom in spacious flat -Hackney SHORT LET

The flat is right next to Well St Common & Victoria Park, a 7 minute walk to Homerton overground station, with excellent bus links to Liverpool St, Stratford, Central London and the rest of East London.

Room benefits from natural light, wooden floors and being of a good size. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf and bedside cabinet in the room.

We are both friendly young professionals, I work in events, my husband runs a craft beer shop. The other residents are Stanley, Sweets, and Athena, our elderly rescue cats, all of whom are very friendly and always love having an extra person to give them chin scratches.

Bills are £15 a week

We're looking for someone who loves cats who is friendly, clean and respectful of the space, who doesn't need asking to pick up a hoover, with a sense of humour and is happy to fill a cat's bowl or change a litter tray on the occasion you're home before we are.

Room available from 16th July for a month, with a possibility to extend. We're open to renting the room weekly too, but please be upfront about your desired length of stay.
