This is Nuria and Yolanda. We moved together to this flat and now Nuria is leaving the UK and Yolanda is moving with her boyfriend. This means we have to find a replacement before we fly abroad on Tuesday.

Our cute flat is only a 4 minute walk from Homerton Station or 2 minutes from bus stops where you can get lines to central locations across London. It is also a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park and 10 from London Fields and Hackney Wick.
- The flat has been completely refurbished 3 months ago.

- All bills, cleaning service and wifi included in rent.
The atmosphere is young and laid-back, our flatmates are very easygoing chaps but everyone has privacy

With the first monthly rent you have to pay 5 weeks deposit + £75 admin fee (as you will sign the contract with the agency)
