Great Bedroom with storage for single lady :)

Hi there ladies,
I have a medium bedroom to let. The space is definately not a new build, but I am told by others that it's a fairly large, clean, cosy and homely space. It is furnished with a built in wardrobe & cupboard, double bed with sheeting, chest of draws, student desk & chair, coat stand and modern flat screen tv.
For added security and privacy, the room comes with it's own Key. The building has secured entrances, and double glazing (I like a warm space myself :)))

We share the bathroom, separate toilet and small kitchen. The Kitchen is for light food preparation only (no heavy cooking. We keep the space clean and tidy at all times (Clean as you go policy).
We have 'Girl's Space' house rules!

The right lady will need to be friendly, but respectful, as we are very busy ladies. She would need to be totally independant as it may sometimes feel like living alone. The best person would be outgoing most times and live a minimalist lifestyle. We respect each others need for a calm, zen like clean space to come home to :)

Buses: 41 & 144
Fantastic Lifestyles - Crouch End & Muswell Hill
Excellent city commute: Hornsey to Moorgate = 20mins
Connections to everywhere -Night buses too: excellent
