Rent includes all bills, wifi and a very good cleaner who comes once a week.

Just a few yards from the W3 bus stop, and 7 mins walk from the Clocktower and Broadway in lovely Crouch End. First floor of an edwardian conversion - lots of light, lots of wood, welcoming and warm. There's the usual stuff like gas cooker, gas central heating, washing machine etc; no dishwasher or dryer, but there is a very handy drying rack on a pulley in the hallway... which has the advantage of being far more eco-friendly. :)

The bedroom to rent is a large double with bay window, looking onto gardens at the back of the house. It has very good storage, including large built in wardrobe, bookcase and chest of drawers. Also has a new armchair and curtains (photos slightly out of date - must take new ones!). No telly at the moment, but happy to provide one.

This is a proper flatshare, not just a room - a place for the right person to settle into and think of as home. I'm a live-in landlord, but I've always shared (in fact, prefer it) and I'm not controlling about the space. Can provide references from other flatmates that I'm easy to live with :) I'm friendly, easy-going, value peace and quiet, but happy to chat when we're both around.

Parking pretty good but requires a permit.

PS guys and couples ... I'm sure you're lovely, but I am looking to share with one female. Fraid this isn't the one for you!
