Young couple with cat looking for someone interested in renting a double room from us. We are located in Ifield, Crawley (West Sussex) and own a ground floor flat in Deerswood Court which is a short walk from Ifield Train Station, our local shops and Crawley town centre. We are also a short drive away from Gatwick Airport.
The room is a double and is fully furnished with a TV and DVD player.
We have Wi-Fi.
Parking is available.
You will share the bathroom and kitchen.
Shared kitchen has built-in Washing Machine, Fridge and Freezer.
Please note: Available for single occupancy only (no couples).
We will only consider a professional tenant, preferably to occupy the room 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
Rent is £350 per calendar month which includes all bills.
*we will consider full time tenancy (Monday to Sunday) for £500 PCM upon interview*
The room will be available from the 8th February 2016.
