This is a very clean and peaceful family home.
Both rooms are based on the 2nd floor with separate shower and toilet.

The 2nd floor has its own shower and toilet.

Our family bathtroom and toilet is on the 1st floor, so, only you and the other lodger use the 2nd floor shower.

There is also a downstairs toilet.

Room is cleaned once a week either by me or a cleaner. Duvet cover, mattress cover and pillow cases are changed once a week.

Bus stop is just across the road (bus number 169 going to Ilford Station and BARKING).

Our home is very close to shopping centre and Ilford Station (20mins walk)

If you have a car, free parking from M-S (from 6: 30pm to 8am) and anytime on sunday.

Liverpool street station is just 11-16mins from ilford station and stratford station (where you can take Jubilee and central lines) is just 6-8mins from ilford station. Barking station (District line is just 30mins by bus.
Local hospitals are King George, Whipps and Queen's.

Our home is very close to the local shops. 2-5mins walk to post office, take aways shops like fish and chips, chinese food, indian ect. hairdresser is just 2mins walk. Off licence is just 30secs walk. Good and safe neighbourhood and surroundings.

Very close to Fitness First and Sporta as well as Cineworld, Nandos, Gurmeet Buffet restaurants.

I will be needing at least 1 reference preferably one from current employer or school teacher.

Deposit and 1 month rent in advance are required (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

I am looking for lodgers who are tidy, respects privacy and trustworthy.

I am not keen in lodgers having visitors.
