Hello!

We have a lovely room available in our friendly terraced house in Barnsbury, Islington N1 and are looking for another creative soul to join our home.

The room is bright, overlooks the garden, has wooden floors with a double bed, wardrobe, and 2 sets of draws and is available now.

Rent is £750/m and includes all bills.

The house has all the mod cons, is light and sunny and has wooden floors throughout. We all share the kitchen/living/dining area and also have a balcony and south facing garden - great for barbecues in the summer.

You'll be sharing with myself, an architect/tutor, my very cool 21 year old son studying music (who stays here occasionally), and 2 other flat mates, one in furniture design, the other a graphic designer.

It's a great location on a quiet street with good transport links. Kings Cross, Highbury & Islington and Caledonian Road tube all between 7-12 mins walk away. The Overground line at Caledonian Road & Barnsbury is 1 min away and runs to Richmond in the west and to Stratford in the east. The buses at the end of the street are 91, 17, 259, 274 and 153 on Hemingford Road.

There is a library and swimming pool/gym just around the corner and many convenient late night shops on the Caledonian Road. The Angel shopping centre and market and the numerous bars and restaurants on Upper Street are a short walk away.
