Bright, spacious double room available in Holloway. Great house with garden, very close to tube (Holloway Rd), 10 min bus ride to Camden and Upper Street/Angel and very well connected to anywhere in town. Available from August 5th!

Our friendly and sociable share-house is looking for a professional who wants to live in a comfy and well-maintained house in a quiet residential street.

Current housemates are in their twenties - and include a fabulous cat. We enjoy listening to music and seeing bands, nerding out in front of Netflix and are partial to a backyard BBQ or the occasional house cook-up.

About the room/house:
Room includes a double bed and a clothes rail/. There are some items that I will be interested in selling to new occupants (Chest of drawers, desk, curtains, so if you would like to keep them, we can discuss a price). The house is a four bed house with three toilets and two bathrooms. It has a large open-plan kitchen and lounge room with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hobs. We also have a box/spare room. The house is perfect for socialising, and rear doors open onto private backyard. Backyard has a lawn, BBQ, outdoor furniture and space for potential greenthumbs to grow flowers and herbs. Warm house in winter as there Is central heating throughout the house.

About the area
Holloway is well-serviced for transport, supermarkets and shops.
Holloway Road tube (Piccadilly line) is a 2min walk, and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and Overground) is a 15 min walk.
Large Waitrose, Morrisons and M&S supermarkets are very close, as well as a smaller Sainsburys and Tesco Local.

Holloway Road has plenty of restaurants, shops and a cinema, and Islington's Upper Street is a short bus ride or walk away.
Parks in the area that can be easily reached include Finsbury Park and Highbury Fields, and the Sobell Indoor Sports Center is also nearby.

Rent: £605 excluding bills (which typically come to an additional £75 per month for internet, NetFlix, fortnightly house cleaner, water, electricity, gas, council tax)

£734 deposit.
