A decent double room is now available for rent in a two bedroom flat in Angel just off Essex Rd and 1 minute to upper street. The room is a reasonable size for someone that doesn't have loads of stuff. The flat has two rooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen and living area -- its a comfortable space for two people. The location is pretty amazing for someone who knows and loves this area. 7 min walk to Angel station and a 10 min walk to Highbury & Islington station. There is a bus stop about 15 second from the flat with loads of bus routes so you are never short of transport options (I am a bus convert after living here!). Loads of pubs, bars, restaurants, shops, gyms within seconds of the flat...a short walk and you are in the heart of Upper St.

You will be sharing with a 29 year old single female professional (journalist). I'm looking for a non-smoking single professional (preferably female) in their late 20s/early 30s. The ideal housemate would be someone who is chilled out, tidy, responsible, independent but also up for a chat, dinner or the odd wine! My last housemate and I became really good friends and we even travelled together after 5 months (suffice to say I'm sad to see her go!)

The rent is 670/month (all bills included except TV license which will be renewed in early Feb) so this is basically a steal for the area. Other inclusions: couch and living area, TV washing machine, microwave, unlimited wifi.

The flat is pretty basic, and an ex-council (not the scary type) but its cosy enough and the location really pays for itself. It is ideal for someone with a busy life, might be out a lot, but still wants a place to come back to to chill. Extremely open to the new flatmate's decorative ideas.
