This is a nice three-storey house, really good location - 10mins walk to Angel, Old Street or Highbury. incredibly well connected in terms of travel and our monthly rent is good value for this area. Bills will probably bump it up an extra £100 but that includes a cleaner, Internet etc.
There are two bathrooms, the kitchen is massive and the living room is spacious too.
The available bedroom is a good size, and fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers and a huge cupboard). The bedroom faces on to the back garden which ensures it's extra quiet.
