A cosy double bedroom is available in the famous Cleaver Square, Kennington. The room is on the second floor of the house and overlooks the garden.

The house sprawls four floors and consists of three bedrooms; a large kitchen/dining room; a big sitting room; two bathrooms; one downstairs lavatory; and a decent sized garden (for those summer BBQs).

The property is centrally located, being a two minute walk from Kennington tube (Northern Line); a seven minute walk from Vauxhall (Victoria Line); and a twenty minute walk from Waterloo (Northern Line, Bakerloo Line, Waterloo & City Line, Jubilee Line). At the end of the road there are some fantastic pubs and restaurants and a large Tesco’s is a short walk away. Kennington Park is also close by and for the sporty amongst you, it has Tennis Courts, Astro Turf pitches, and a Fitness Trail.

Rent is £480 pcm exclusive of bills and council tax (council tax is circa £100). Unfortunately, we are not able to accept couples or smokers.
