Hello! 2 double rooms are becoming available in our house in Kensal green.

The rooms are available from 17th July, although there could be a bit of negotiable movement on this!

We have a massive 6 bed house in Kensal Green, which our landlord only wants 4 people staying in, meaning we have 2 spare rooms to be used as office/guest room/storage. Additional to that we have a living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, back garden, 2 off road car parking spaces and 2 toilets (one with bath/shower).

Our house is located between Kensal Green (Bakerloo line) and Willesden Junction (Overground/Bakerloo) and a 15 minute walk to Kensal Rise. We're also serviced by the N18 nightbus, and various other buses that take you to places like Westfield in 10 minutes. Pretty soon the nighttube will be coming to Willesden Green station (jubilee line) which is also about 20 mins walk away!

If you don't know the area we're within 10 minutes walk to great cafes, bars, pubs and all the useful convenience type shops. 20 min walk to ladbrooke grove with all the restaurants and portobello market, 15 min walk to queens park. 5 min walk to willesden leisure centre where there's a gym, pool etc etc.

Between us we've lived in the house for 6 years (myself 1 year) and so the only reason the others are moving is for a change of scenery!

Rent is £550 a month plus council tax, water, electric, gas, broadband & tv license. The deposit is £720 and the landlord requires an additional £130 for referencing fees. No agency fees :)

Room 1: Large double, ground floor with big bay window. Laminate flooring. The Wardrobe is staying, but the other furniture belongs to the current tennant. If you want to buy any of if though, this could be arranged!

Room 2: Large double, first floor with big bay window looking onto the street & the tennis courts opposite. Carpet and built in wardrobe unit. No other furniture provided.

Room 3: Medium double, window looking over the back garden (so a bit quieter!) with built in wardrobe storage. No other furniture provided.
