Our housemate Issy is sadly moving out next month so we're looking for somebody (preferably a girl to maintain the gender balance) to join us in our lovely flat. We're three 20-something professionals - Laura, Christian and Joe - all fairly busy but we do enjoy hanging out together when we can, having dinner together and sharing a bottle of wine.

Our flat is halfway between Kentish Town and Camden Town tube stations, and very close to Kentish Town West overground. The nearest bus stop (30 seconds walk) has loads of buses into central London, or it's a 20 minute cycle ride into town. We're close to lots of independent organic food shops, a big Sainsbury's, good restaurants and pubs, great local community, Hampstead Heath for nice walks, etc. Check out kentishtowner. co. uk for more.

We have a big shared garden, bright open-plan living room and kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The room is a small light single for £590 per month. It comes with a single bed, bookshelves, wardrobe and small desk. Bills + household items not included and come to £80 per month, so just £670 per month all in! We're looking for someone to move in by the end of January, though we're happy to be flexible if someone's keen to move in earlier.
