Living Room

Available from September 2nd. The flat is on the top floor of a small block (3 floors). It has 4 bedrooms, an open plan living and kitchen area, a balcony overlooking gardens so there are no neighbours close by. There is one bathroom with a great shower. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a single bed. The floors are wooden, the rooms are light and airy and it has a “cool” modern décor.
The flat is very well located. It is a 10 min walk from either Kentish Town (where there is an inter-city train to central London free to Oyster card users) or Camden Town Stations. The Overground train from Richmond to Stratford is also 10 mins walk away. There are 2 main bus stops 3 mins from the flat and another 7 main bus stops 10 mins walk away. The neighbourhood is friendly, safe and relatively quiet for central London. Local shops include several supermarkets, pubs, a post office, dry-cleaners, a library, medical centre, swimming pool and Hampstead Heath is walking distance from the flat.

All bills (inc utilities, high speed broadband Internet and council tax) are included in the rent with the exception of a cleaner who comes monthly for £12. 50.

I am leaving the flat as I have a university offer for a Master’s and need to leave by the end of August. The price is non-negotiable, as it was agreed upon with the landlady long ago (upon inspecting the flat, I think this is great price for London!). My roommates are very friendly and sociable (an English guy, an Italian girl and an Australian girl, all in their mid-late twenties), but are also quiet enough to give you your privacy when you want it.
