We're looking to let a double room in our flat in Kentish Town- details below.
We're a flat of 5 currently- 3 girls and 2 guys, all 20-something professionals looking for either a guy or girl to add to the house.
We all work in advertising/PR/design/finance so keep regular 9-5 hours.
It's £700 a month, a double room, furnished and on the top floor.
The flat is spacious and modern, there's a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 3 floors. We have a communal open plan lounge and kitchen, large flat screen TV, two roof terraces and a garden which is pretty sweet for London!
Bills included are internet and council tax so electricity/gas/water bills come to around £30-40 per month approx.
The flat is in a great area, with Kentish Town West overground a 3 minute walk, Kentish Town tube a 10 minute walk and loads of buses nearby. Camden is also a 10 minute walk away. The main thing we're looking for in a flatmate is that you're clean/tidy and friendly and wants to see the house not as somewhere to sleep but to call home. We all have our own social life but like to spend time together in the evenings and weekends. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, get in touch!
