Big, friendly flat in Kentish Town

The living room

We've got a room available in an awesome flat in Kentish Town – we're looking for someone who can move in 15th June. There's a huge, bright living room, a good sized kitchen with plenty of storage space and a washer/dryer, and the bathroom with a bath/shower.

The room itself comes with everything you see in the picture.

Location wise it's an amazing place to live. Kentish Town has tonnes of great pubs and restaurants and a few gyms nearby. The transport links are great, from the underground station you can take the Northern Line and be in central within minutes, as well as loads of very regular buses that can pretty much get you anywhere you need. Camden is just 10 minute walk away, and if you're looking for a little slice of the country, Hampstead Heath is only 15 minutes away too. There's also plenty of shops, with a Sainsbury's local just a minute away, as well as a bunch of little convenience shops that are open a little later.

There's 3 of us here at the moment (including a couple).

Louisa, 25, works at a tech start up, claims she used to be a Geordie and loves MasterChef.

James, 29, a copywriter who tries (and fails) to hide just how nerdy he really is.

Maria, 29, a greek and real ale fan that works at a charity.

We're looking for someone around the same age range as us who's equal parts fun and responsible - so you'll be up for going out to the pub for a cheeky drink, but won't bring random street urchins back to the flat for a 19 hour rave on a Tuesday night.

We've also got a cleaner who comes once a week to look after the communal areas.
