We're three guys looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who has just finished her undergraduate degree. The flat is in Kentish Town and is a 10 minute walk to either Kentish Town or Tufnell Park Underground stations (Northern Line, Zone 2 - Kentish Town is also on National Rail), a 5 minute walk to Gospel Oak station (Overground) and a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath (not a station, just a nice place to go).
You'll be sharing with a PhD student, a sound engineer and an urban and transport planner. We're friendly and laid back but tend to do our own things.
The room has a double bed and a desk. Also in the flat is a large kitchen and dining room and a separate toilet and bathroom.
Our letting agent is asking that we get someone with a UK guarantor.
The room is £597. 08 per calendar month (inc. heating) and is available from around the 15th September.
