The Apartment:

A double room with a bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe with small private balcony. All modern furnishings in a recently refurbished large flat. Large Kitchen and Living room leading out on to an enormous roof terrace facing onto a private garden. Bills include heating and hot water and the flat is very warm in winter. All other bills (water, electricity, council tax and internet) are split with the three other housemates. We also currently have a cleaner who comes every week for three hours. Total bills on top of rent per month are approx £80.

The Area:

The flat is ideally located between Kentish Town and Chalk Farm as well as Gospel Oak nearby. We are also very close to Night Buses from Central London. There are 24 hour shops close by as well as an awesome pub (The Grafton) at the bottom of the road. Being very close to Camden, it is very difficult to be bored. Hampstead Heath nearby offers amazing running/picnic opportunities and there is also a gym at the bottom of the road.

Your housemates:

You will be sharing with 3 others, one German and two Irish who are alot of fun to be around. We tend to socialise together and the flat is a fun place to be.
