The flat's a 1st and 2nd floor maisonette in NW5, very close to Kentish Town tube (Northern Line and trains), and KT West Overground. It's 2 minutes walk to the high street, which has plenty of buses leading to central London, Hampstead, Archway etc. The high street has plenty of chain supermarkets, independent food shops, cafes, a post office and all other sorts of useful places. One of the best pubs in the area is just across the road.

The bedroom's furnished, 15' x 11' (4. 5 x 3. 30 metres). The flat is light, spacious, and has all mod cons: full central heating, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wireless broadband, HD TV, Netflix, and a well-equipped kitchen. When the weather's good, you can sunbathe on the flat roof. There's parking available on the street if you get a permit from Camden council.

We're a married couple - one working in Marketing, and one a Masters student in screen and playwriting. We think the flat would suit anyone working in central London looking for a comfortable, homely and welcoming place to live during the working week.

Rent is £600 pcm - this covers all bills, including utilities, council tax, cleaner, Virgin TV and broadband.
