Beautiful double bedroom available for couples or a single person. Very bright room even if doesn't look like in the pictures as they are taken at night. Is 2 minutes walk from Stables Market, in a quiet area but very close to the nightlife from Camden. Just in from of Kentish Town Overground Station, 5 min from Kentish Town and Chalk Farm underground stations. You can find a big park in from of the house, the Camden Brewery and is a big plus to have an off license just downstairs. 24th night bus.
The flat comprises four rooms in total (with yours), two toilets, one very big kitchen with a table and chairs, one very big living room and a huge terrace, perfect for bbqs in the summer. You will be sharing the flat with 3 friendly english guys in their thirties.
The rent is 625 pounds pm including heating, if you are a couple the rent would be 640. The bills they come for about 80 pm for a couple or 50 pounds for a single person. There's a 65 pounds per person agency fee for the background checks.
We are not just renting a room, we want someone up for a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Is a very friendly houshare that we are sad to leave.
Viewings will be taken on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th. The flat is available now and we are looking for someone to move ASAP.
